Climatrek Surround® is a certified shoe with reinforcements on the ankle, toe and heel,laced with lace holder and reflective inserts. TCX Climatrek Surround® certified motorcycle shoes are designed to offer maximum waterproofing and breathability, through the combination of the Gore-Tex Extended Comfort® membrane and Gore-Tex Surround® technology. The technical fabric coupled with the waterproof and highly breathable Gore-Tex Extended Comfort® membrane is combined with the special Gore-Tex Surround® construction designed to channel heat and moisture outwards also through the sole, equipped with a ventilation grille to allow perfect insulation from atmospheric agents and at the same time promote a continuous heat exchange between the inside and outdoors, ideal for hotter climates and three-season use. The Groundtrax® sole features a special tread pattern and compound designed to ensure stability and grip on the foot pegs and controls, combined with maximum traction and great comfort when walking on all terrain. The OrthoLite® foam insole allows air to circulate, wicking away moisture and keeping the foot dry at all times. The material can compress and easily return to its initial state, so that cushioning, fit and comfort are unchanged over time.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We currently DO NOT offer international shipping.
Shipping restrictions:
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and only ship to the 48 contiguous states.
